This handmade ceramic pendant has been made from an earthy dark brown clay and has been imprinted with a triskele symbol that has been glazed green. It has then been overglazed with a clear glaze to give a smooth finish.
The pendant has been strung onto a handmade necklace, made with three strands of silk in complementary tones with a waxed green cotton cord to give it extra strength.
My ceramic jewellery is eco friendly and sustainable. It is made from natural clay which doesn't take a large amount of energy to produce, or involve the use of toxic chemicals. Made in small batches, my ceramics are unique and entirely hand crafted. I use lead free glazes.
