Handmade ceramic necklace, made from black clay highlighted with muted glazes and over glazed with clear glaze, after a second firing in the kiln this has become a beautiful rich chocolate brown colour.
The large beads are strung on thick waxed cotton cord which is knotted between beads. There is a picasso jasper stone at each end of the beads and an antique bronze barrel bead to finish off.
The beaded components have been attached to a rustic brass chain made with large antiqued round links. It closes with a lobster claw clasp.
