This handmade terracotta triskele pendant is attached to a waxed cotton cord and has sunstone, red aventurine and petrified wood.
The triskele was made by imprinting the symbol into terracotta and firing it in the kiln. I highlighted the symbol with a dark green glaze then overglazed it front and back with clear glaze and fired it in the kiln for a second time. My ceramic talisman pieces are made with love and good intention
The triskele or triskelion symbol represents the cycles of life, connection to the divine and spiritual development. It is an ancient symbol, dating back to the neolithic era but often considered a Celtic symbol.
