This earthy ceramic and glass necklace is textured and glazed in blues and greens, with a pool of fused glass at its centre
It has been handmade from brown stoneware clay and after shaping it was fired in the kiln. After the first firing, the centre was filled with blue glass and it was returned to the kiln for a second firing, the glass then fuses to the clay. It measures 3.5 cm in diameter.
The pendant has been strung on turquoise woven cotton cord, also known as vegan leather, this is strong and attractive. The length of the cord is 71 cm.
It would make a lovely and unusual gift.
